The kitchen of the Grand Veyra casino hotel cooks in the Turkish Cypriot way: a table covered in small dishes, food meant to be shared, and nobody in a hurry. Expect grilled hellim, olives and village bread, şeftali kebab from the charcoal grill, molehiya, fresh fish from the harbour boats and salads dressed with local olive oil.
Breakfast on the terrace
Village bread, cheeses, tomatoes and cucumbers, olives, eggs cooked to order, honey and carob syrup with tahini — served on the terrace until late morning, with Turkish coffee or tea.
Lunch and dinner
A light lunch in the shade and a full mezze dinner as the harbour lights come on. Vegetarian dishes are always on the menu, and the kitchen adapts plates for allergies or dietary needs — please tell us when you reserve.
The Harbour Bar
The bar of the casino resort pours local wines, fresh lemonade and classic cocktails, with live music on the terrace at weekends. The Harbour Bar is for adults only.
